RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations of orders are permitted up to time of shipment.
If you are not satisfied with your PowerVibe purchase, please call 1-888-608-VIBE (8423) for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment, less the shipping fees. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to the PowerVibe warehouse within 30 calendar days starting the day the product is received. All products must be packed in the original packaging including ALL parts, accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A minimum 10% restocking fee, based on the condition when returned and after an inspection, will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory. If you purchased your order using a Business Lease, you may be asked to provide a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) for PowerVibe to assess the minimum 10% restocking fee.
